I collected material for this art object near my home in Kyiv. This is a broken building roofing sheet, it's construction debris, slate (which is considered harmful and toxic). The "capital city" is a symbol of every capital city in the world, an image of the largest cities in our countries with complex infrastructure and poor ecology. You need the capitals of any country to be a role model for other cities, so that people do not throw away construction debris and other stuff outside and understand what it will lead to.
